Updating the App on an Android Device
- From your mobile device's App Menu, open the
Google Play Store app.
- Tap the menu icon on the top left corner of the app and select My apps & games.
Note: Apps with an update available have an
button to the right of their name.
- Locate your club's app from your list of installed apps and tap Update button.
Note: If you do not see the 'Update' button, your app is already up to date and you will be able to continue your usage as normal.
Ongoing updates will show as icons in the notification bar at the top of the screen. Swipe down from the top to display your notifications. Once your app has been updated, click on the open button to launch the updated version of the app.
Updating the App on an iOS Device
- From your App Menu, open the
Apple App Store on your iPhone.
- Tap the Updates icon on the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Locate your club's app from your list apps available for update.
- Tap the
button next to it to begin updating the app.
Note: If you see (in the middle of the screen) a message that says, “All Apps are Up-to-date,” then none of the apps on your iOS device require an update at this time.
Once your update has completed you will be able to launch updated app from your main app menu.
