How to Report a Problem on your Mobile Device

The 311/Report a Problem is a feature on the mobile app that allows a member to report a concern at the club using their mobile device. This concern can be from a specific location at the club which can then be sent directly to a specific email address of someone at the club.

A member can access this feature by opening the club's app, clicking on the menu and selecting Report a Problem (or whatever the menu caption was set as for the 311 feature).

If there are multiple locations, the member can select a location that they would like to report the concern from simply by selecting that location.


Once they choose a location, the member will be taken to another screen where they will see two fields:
  • Add Photo (Optional): the member does have the option of adding a photo of the concern. After clicking on this field the member can take a photo or choose an existing photo
  • Problem Description: this is where the details of the concern will be entered

Below is an example of when a concern has been filled out.


Once the fields are completed the member will click Done in the top right hand corner. If using an Android device, the member may be asked which application they would like to share this report with, depending on what applications are on the member's phone, such as email applications. If using an Apple device, the member will be taken right into their email.

If an email application is chosen, an email will be generated based of the details that were reported for the concern. 
  • The To field is whatever email address was entered as the email for this location during configuration
  • The Subject is pre-populated with "Problem Reported for LOCATION by MEMBER NAME"
  • More details can be added through the email application, or the member can simply send the email
