How to Run the EMM Export Utility

A Web Representative would have previously configured your Export Utility on your behalf, but if you would like to manually initiate the Export Utility you will need to follow these steps based on your club's A/R System.

ClubHouse Online EMM Member/Guest Export

Initiating the Export Utility

In order to run the Export Utility, you will need to follow these steps: 

  1. Open the Jonas Club Management application and login with the following credentials
    • User I.D. - CBCAST
    • Password - [press the spacebar once]
  2. From the Export Utility window, enter in your Club Code
  3. If you wish the Export Utility to run automatically, set the frequency export (based in minutes) to have re-initiate the export after the set amount of time.
  4. Click on the Export button to initiate.
Note: In order for the Export continue running based on the set frequency, the Jonas Club Management application will need to remain open.

Once you the export has been initiated you will see the text below the 'Results' window stating 'Export in progress, please wait...'


 

CSG Club Connect Export Utility

Before you Begin

The Export Utility for the Club Connect A/R system has been configured to run automatically on your server. Prior to making any changes to the Export Utility you will need to stop the scheduling service that is running. To do so follow these steps:

  1. From your Windows Start menu, click on the Control Panel icon
  2. From the Control Panel window click on Administrative Tools
  3. From the Administrative Tools window, click on Services
  4. From the Services window, locate the service named ClubsystemsSchedulerServiceNET2.0
  5. Right-click on this service and select Stop from the context menu

Stopping this service will prevent the Scheduling service from running while you are performing any tasks. Once you have completed your desired changes, you will need to repeat these steps and instead select Start from the context menu.

Note: It is very important that this service is started again once you have completed these changes or the export utility will not continue to run at its scheduled time. If you are not familiar or not comfortable with making these changes, please contact the Web Support team prior to completing any changes.

Initiating the Export Utility Manually

In order to initiate the Export Utility, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. From your server, double-click the Clubhouse Online Email Marketing icon that is located on the desktop of your server.
  1. From the application window, click on the Continue button to open the Email Marketing application
  2. From the General Tab, click on the Refresh button to generate a list of members based on your selection.
Note: The Item Count  on the bottom right will dictate how many contacts will be uploaded.
  1. Once you are satisfied with the List, click on the Upload To Server button to initiate the export.

Remember to re-activate the scheduling service once you have completed these steps. See below for instructions on re-activating the service.

CSG Club Select Export Utility

Before you Begin

Encore Export Utility

The Encore Export Utility is configured to run automatically and cannot be initiated through manual interaction. If you encounter any issues with contacts or information that you believe is not up to date please contact the Web Support team to investigate further.
