Planning to Migrate your Server....
If your server was integrated with your website, the integration will need to be re-installed on the new server. To ensure the least amount of downtime during this migration, we ask that a few server requirements be completed prior to the installation. Please review and complete the requirements listed in the forms below.
Integration Requirements Form
To get your installation under way, we are providing you with all of prerequisites necessary to complete your installation.
Please have your IT representative complete and submit the appropriate form to websupport@jonasclub.com. All requirements outlined below must be completed prior to installation on each designated server. Completing this document is mandatory to schedule the installation.
Server Setup Selection
ClubHouse Online websites are hosted on ClubHouse Online Web Servers in the United States (not locally at the club).
Once we receive this Integration Requirements document, you will be contacted to schedule the installation date and time with a ClubHouse Online Technician. The Clubhouse Online Technician will install proprietary Integration Software on the club's sever(s) that will allow member data to be sent to ClubHouse Online and vise versa.
There are two deployment options available for the Integration Software:

Note: If your club is currently utilizing their main server to facilitate any of the following setup configurations
- Jonas Club Management/Encore + Domiain Controller
- Jonas Club Management/Encore + Exchange Server
- A combination of all three(Jonas Club Management/Encore + Domain Controller + Exchange Server)
It is strongly recommended that you follow the Integration Server setup option.

Integration Server & Club Server Setup (Recommended)
| This solution provides optimal security. There are two servers in the installation – an Integration(a.k.a. Web) Server and your Club Server (Jonas Server). The Integration Server can be either a physical or a virtual server and should have firewall rules in place to restrict traffic between the Integration Server and any other workstation/server on your network. The Integration Server is the only server that will communicate with ClubHouse Online platform. This setup provides additional security to your Jonas Server as the traffic coming inbound is not directly from the Web. There are no special software or applications that need to be installed on the Integration Server other than what comes with the operating system (i.e. you do not need “Proxy software”).

Club Server Setup
This solution uses your Jonas Server to connect to the internet directly. Although not as secure as the first option it is still a viable solution. In this solution the Integration services are all installed directly on your Jonas Server, which will then act as both your Integration & Club Server.
