How to Use Rich Push Notifications

Add some flare to your member communications by including images and emojis in your ClubHouse Online mobile app push notifications.

What users will see

Add emoji to your push notifications 

Steps 

1. Club Central > CHO Premium Mobile App > Select “Push Notifications” 
   • If a tile option for CHO Premium Mobile App is not available,  Click on the Planet icon in the upper left, Select Modules > CHO Premium Mobile App from the Application list.
2. Click Create button.
3. Click on Emoji icon located on the far right of either the Title or Message fields.
4. Select Emoji to be added to the push notification title or message.

Add an image to your push notification 

Steps 

1. Club Central > CHO Premium Mobile App > Select “Push Notifications”  
2. Under the “Image” field, click “Select” to choose an image (JPG / JPEG / PNG) from your media library. New images can be added to the media Library via the Upload option.

Important Note: You must select an image from a media library that is open to “All Users” to see the library content. 

To check the visibility access follow these steps. 

1. Club Central > Media Libraries 
   • ​If a tile option for Media Libraries is not available,  Click on the Planet icon in the upper left, Select Content Management > Media Libraries from the Application list.
2. Select the Pencil (edit) icon beside the media library the image is located in. 
3. In the left navigation Security will display temporarily. If it is hidden before you are able to select Security. 
4. Click on the 3 dots (...) in the left navigation and the options will be shown.
5. Select Security.
6. Find All users row and the only option that should be selected is See library content.
