Page Type - Contact Card

The Responsive Contact Card and Non-Responsive Contact Us page types allow a club to generate an organized, aesthetically pleasing page of contacts displayed in a business card style. These page types will allow you to display information on your Staff, Board of Directors, etc. 

Please select the Page Type instructions based on your website's design type:

  • Responsive Contact Card
  • Non-Responsive Contact Us

Creating a Responsive Contact Card

  1. On the Content Tree select where you would like the Contact Card page to appear on your website
  2. Click on the New(+) button located above the Content Tree
  3. Select the Responsive Contact Card page type

  1. Enter the name of the page that will appear on the navigation
  2. Click Save

Creating a Contact Card Entry

  1. Select the Contact Card page on the Content Tree
  2. Click on the New(+) button located above the Content Tree
  3. Select Responsive Contact Card Entry

  1. Enter the individual’s information into the fields provided (only the Name field is required; all other fields are optional)
  2. Once you are satisfied with the details click on Save or Save and Create Another if you wish to create additional contact card entries
  3. All new contacts will automatically appear at the bottom of the contact card list. To rearrange the order of the contacts, select an individual’s contact card and click the Up or Down arrow
Note: The recommended image size for the contact card is 213px wide by 354px tall.

Editing a Contact Card or Entry

  1. Select the Contact Card or Contact Card Entry from the Content Tree that you wish to edit
  2. Click on the Form tab
  3. Complete the desired changes
  4. Click on the Save button

Note: There are two editable content boxes on the Page tab of the Contact Card page that display above and below the Contact Cards which can be utilized to add the title of the page, text, images, hyperlinks, etc.


 

Deleting a Contact Card or Contact Card Entry

  1. Select the Contact Card or Contact Card Entry that needs to be deleted
  2. Click on the Delete (trash can) icon located at the top of the Content Tree
  3. You will be asked: Are you sure you want to delete the selected page?
  4. Leave the check boxes empty and click on Yes to delete the selected page

Creating a Contact Us

  1. On the Content Tree select where you would like the Contact Us page to appear on your website
  2. Click on the New(+) button located above the Content Tree
  3. Select the Contact Us page type 

  1. Enter the name of the page that will appear on the navigation
  2. Click Save

Creating a Contact

  1. Select the Contact Us page on the Content Tree
  2. Click on the New(+) button located above the Content Tree
  3. Select Contact Names

  1. Enter the individual’s information into the fields provided (only the Name field is required; all other fields are optional)
  2. Once you are satisfied with the details click on Save or Save and Create Another if you wish to create additional contact card entries
  3. All new contacts will automatically appear at the bottom of the contact us list. To rearrange the order of the contacts, select an individual’s contact card and click the Up or Down arrow
Note: The recommended image size for the contact card is 150px wide by 200px tall.

  1. Select the Contact Us or Contact Name from the Content Tree that you wish to edit
  2. Click on the Form tab
