Geofence-Crossing Report

The Premium Mobile App has the ability to automatically track when a member enters or exits a geofence. These events are instantly transmitted to the back office, ensuring real-time updates in reports for accurate and timely insights.

How Geofence-Crossing Helps the Club?

Using Geofence-crossing reports, clubs can gather valuable data to optimize club operations and enhance the member experience::

  • Facility Management - Track facility usage and peak visit times to optimize resource allocation, staffing, and maintenance schedules, ensuring smooth operations during busy hours.

  • Member Activities - Identify active and inactive members to target engagement efforts and send personalized offers. Geofence data also helps understand member preferences, allowing the club to tailor services, promotions, and events to their interests.

How Can Clubs Access it?

Geofence-crossing reporting is available to clubs using either Jonas Club Management or Encore, provided they have the Premium App and geolocation enabled on members' mobile devices. Once the club's back office software successfully receives the geofence-crossing events, administrators can run a report within the club's JCM or Encore software to access the data and analyze it.
