How to Utilize the Event Link

Each event that you create within Event Management will have its own Event Link. You can utilize this link by inserting it anywhere on your website and/or insert it in an Email Campaign sent from your Email Marketing system. In order to utilize an Event Link you will need to follow these steps:

1. From the Manage Events screen, locate your desired event.
2. Click on the 'chain link' icon next to your desired event which will open an event link window.
3. Highlight the URL listed in the Event Link window.
4. On your keyboard, press the 'CTRL' and letter 'C' keys to copy the URL.

5. Click on Close when you are done to close the Event Link window

This will allow you to paste the link where ever you wish to utilize it.
