Configuring Public Tee Times

To access the Public Tee Time Reservation Settings

1. Log in to the club's ClubHouse Online website with an Administrator user account and access Club Central.
2. From within Club Central, click Planet icon (Open Application List) at the top left.
3. Select Modules > Public Tee Times from the Applications list. 
4. Select General Settings from the left navigation.

Days in advance for public teetime booking

If a club has set up an online schedule already from Jonas Tee Times, this will be respected for the Public tee times, unless it is overridden by changing the number of days in this option.

• Determine number of days in advance public can book a tee time from website by select a number between 1 - 30.
• If there is no restriction set to n/a.

Enable Discount/Overage

• Unchecked: Usually left unchecked as the discount and overage prices will be managed at the club when the player checks in for their tee time and make payment. 
• Checked: Additional section will be revealed 
  • Label Text: Enter text for the public to see, by default it would be Apply Discount / Overage
  • Percentage/Amount: 
    • Select whether it's a Discount or Overage price to be displayed.
    • Type in the percentage or amount to be displayed to members.
    • Select whether it's going to be calculated based on Percentage or Amount
      • Percentage: Will calculate the percentage based off of the price that was set in Jonas Tee Times.
      • Amount: Will display the price as typed in the previous box.

Do not authorize/charge bookers 

• Checked: No payment required at time of booking, players pay for tee time when they check in at the club. 
• Unchecked: Players will have to make payment using PayPal before completing the booking on the website.
  • Club has to set up a PayPal account and additional configuration should be completed with a project coordinator.

Require Mobile Phone Number

The mobile phone number will be sent to the back office with all Public Tee Time bookings so that it can be recorded in the Guest database and utilized to contact public players in cases of inclement weather or no shows.

• Unchecked: First name, last name and email address are required when creating a public user account.
• Checked: Mobile Phone Number, first name, last name and email address are required when creating a public user account.
