Email Campaign Summary
The Email Campaign Summary is where information for an email campaign can be edited. This includes editing the Email Design (content in the message), Details (subject line and from email), Selecting Recipients and deciding when the email should be sent.
To Access the Email Campaign Summary for a specific campaign.

Log in to website and access Email Marketing Module.
- Select Email Campaigns from the left navigation.
- Click on the name of any campaign.
- The Email Campaigns Summary will display.
- Email Campaign name: name of the campaign can be edited directly from this screen.
- Under the action buttons across the top there will be a blue bar that is suggesting the next step before the campaign is sent. These are the messages that could be displayed with a button to the respective sections.
- "Email Campaigns must have subject lines. Don’t forget to add one." with Edit Details button.
- "Before sending this email campaign, you must select recipients." with Select Recipients button.
- "This email campaign is ready to be scheduled or sent." with Schedule & Send button.
- "This email campaign is scheduled to be sent." with Stop send button.
- "This email campaign has been sent. View the email campaign report to see how it is performing." with View report button.
- "This email campaign is a recurring campaign." with Stop send button.
- Use the button in the blue bar, action buttons or other options on this screen to make changes to the campaign.

Action Bar Buttons
The following buttons are found across the top. Some of the buttons will be enabled, only if all steps have been completed or after a message has been sent.
- Recipients - Select recipients to be included or excluded for this campaign.
- Schedule & Send - Select date, time and recurrence if applicable for campaign to be sent.
- Edit - Goes to Step 2 Edit HTML screen to make changes to the email message.
- Resend - Only applicable if the message has already been sent. Send the exact same message without any changes to new contacts, original recipients that didn't open or click the email, or select recipients from another list or segment.
- Copy - Make a copy of the campaign.
- Delete - Delete campaign that is no longer needed.
- More > Preview and Test - See how the campaign looks on desktop and mobile devices, test hyperlinks, preview merge field data, export campaign and send test emails. For details see How to Preview & Test a Campaign.
At the bottom there are three buttons.
- Preview & Test - View and test content in a campaign before it is sent out to all contacts. For details see How to Preview & Test a Campaign.
- Send Quick Test - Send a test by entering specific email address(es) without a preview.
- Close Email Summary - Close summary for this email campaign and go back to the email campaigns table.
Edit Email Design
This is where administrators can access an email campaign to make changes. The edit email design options will be disabled for any campaign that has already been sent.
Administrators will be redirected to Step 2 Edit HTML after they select one of these options to edit a campaign from this screen.
- From the action bar at the top, click Edit
- On the right, click Edit Email Design
- If hovering over the thumbnail of the email, click paint brush icon.
- This will go to Step 2 Edit HTML. For details see Using the Email Campaign Editor.
If this campaign was already sent and not saved as a template, and the club would like to access content in the campaign, use the copy feature.
- From the action bar at the top, click Copy.
- This would create a copy of the campaign by adding hyphen 1 (- 1) to the email campaign name.
- Select Email Campaigns from the left navigation.
- Select the campaign.
- Select Edit.
- This will go to Step 2 Edit HTML. For details see Using the Email Campaign Editor.
Edit Details
This is where the subject line, From Email, Reply to Email, Footer and other options can be setup before the campaign is ready to be sent.
Administrators will be redirected to Step 4 Edit Email Details after they select one of these options.
- Click Edit Details found in the blue bar after "Email Campaigns must have subject lines. Don’t forget to add one."
- On the left, Status section click Edit Details
- This will go to Step 4 Edit Email Details. For details see Using the Email Campaign Editor.
- This section will display the options that are currently setup.
Tracked Links
View, edit and test hyperlinks that are setup in the email campaign without going into edit the email design. The tracked links section will indicate the number of links that are set up in the campaign.
- Click Edit Trackable Links... button
- In the Edit Trackable links dialog box:
- The reporting name could be modified from here using the text box.
- The link could be modified from here using the text box.
- Click Test to see where the link will be redirected.
