Activity Management
Each Court Type has a minimum and maximum number of players that can be included booking for its type. These parameters are established by the Booking Types within Activity Management. In order for each Court Type to be available for bookings, at least one Booking Type must be associated with it.
The settings for a Booking Type are comprised of the following sections:
Court Booking Type Details
The Court Booking Type Details contain the basic information pertaining to the Booking Type. From this area you will be able to enter in or update the following information:
- Description - The name given to the Booking Type.
- Court Type - Which Court Type the Booking Type will be associated with.
- Active(checkbox) - This activates the Booking Type for use when completing court bookings.
Booking Detail Options
The Booking Detail Options dictate the Minimum and Maximum number of players pertaining to this Booking Type. The Maximum Time Slots value located here can be utilized to override the value stated in the Court Type. If you are using more than one Booking Type per Court Type, this option would allow you to control the Maximum Time Slots depending on the number of players.
Note: Any values listed under the Booking Detail Options that are set to '0' will mean that you are either not enforcing a minimum or maximum.
Web Options
The options listed here will dictate whether the Booking Type can be utilized for online bookings and whether the Booking Type information will be displayed online.
Note: The 'Display Booking Information Online' option will automatically be enabled if the 'Available for Web Booking' is enabled.
