How members can make an online dining reservation?

Only members can make a dining reservation from the website. 

How Search a Dining Reservation

  1. Navigate to the Dining Module - this could be set up as a page, link or button on the website
  2. Select criteria for dinner reservation on the left:
    • Date: Only days which have at least one room with dining availability will be selectable
    • Time: Times that are available for that date will be selectable
    • Party Size: The number of registrants for the booking
    • Room: already defaulted to All
      • member could select specific room(s) they wish to book or search All
  3. Click Find Available Times to see rooms and times that are available based on search criteria
    • on the right - All rooms selected will display, whether there is availability or not
  4. Search results for each room will be displayed. Here are some examples of different search results:
    • Grille Room - one ​​button with desired time will appear if room is available
    • Grand Ballroom A - no available times will display if that room is not available
    • Main Dining Room - multiple buttons will appear if the desired time is not available it will search 2 hours before and 2 hours after for availability

Make a Dining Reservation

  1. Click on desired time button located for the specific Room
  2. Click Add Member button (if available)
    • Type first or last name of member to search
    • Click on member name to add to booking
    • The Complete Reservation button may be disabled if the club has made adding member names mandatory.
      • Click Add Member until number of names match number of attendees in the party size
  3. Optional - add notes, special requests or guest names to communicate with club
  4. Click Complete Reservation to complete the reservation
  5. Once the booking has been completed, the Confirmation Screen with a check mark Reservation Completed You've reserved a table, will appear.
