Using Forms within your Site

Clubhouse Online provides the ability to incorporate forms into the club's website by creating what is called a BizForm.

BizForms are a versatile and configurable contact form builder which provides a quick and easy means of transmitting user data to the club. A Bizform could be customized by defining the fields and determining which fields are required when users are submitting the form. User data is then transmitted and stored on the club's website, while a notification email is sent to staff at the club providing them user data submitted.

Bizforms can be used in a variety of formats and scenarios which include: contact forms, membership sign-up/inquiries, electoral ballots, maintenance requests, client feedback, summer camp signups, reading club sign-ups, event inquiries, and much more!

After a form has been created and added to a page on the club's website, this is how it could be displayed.

To have a form visible for users to submit information, two things have to happen.

  1. Create a form
  2. Inserting a form on a page
