Responsive Instructions

A BizForm can be inserted into a page on the website by utilizing the Insert Form tool withiin the Content Editor when editing a page. Follow these steps to insert the form on a page.
  1. From the Content Tree, select the desired page you wish to edit.
  2. Select the Content Area of the page whereby the BizForm will be displayed
  3. Click on the Insert Form tool in the toolbar of the Content Editor
  1. From the Widget Properties (On-line form) window, click on the Select button under Form Settings
  2. Select your desired BizForm from the list.
  3. Click on the Save & Close button to insert the BizForm into the page.
  1. Click on the Publish button to finalize the changes.

Note: When a BizForm is successfully inserted, it will appear as a small gear icon within the editing portion:

Navigating to the appropriate page on the Live Site will reveal the actual BizForm.

Widget Insertion Instructions

The CHO Online Form widget will display an interactive online form. The widget is configured by selecting a pre-built BizForm. A BizForm can be utilized in multiple CHO Online Form widgets.

Available in the following Content Blocks: Extra Large

Requirements: A BizForm

Configuration


Any field marked with a red asterisk (*) is required in order to save the widget. Once all the applicable fields have been configured, click Save & Close to save the widget.

Default
  • Title: enter the title you would like to see atop your BizForm
  • Title Alignment: select the way in which you would like your title aligned (left or center)
  • Theme:* choose between 1 of 3 custom themes that have been applied to the website
  • Form name: click Select to choose the BizForm you would like to utilize within the widget. The BizForm must already be built in order to add it to the widget
  • Background: choose between Colour (based on theme) or Background Image (if Background Image is selected, a Background Image field will appear; click Select to choose an image from the Media Library)
Advanced (Optional) settings
  • Margins:​
    • Top: use slider to select margin measured in pixels
    • Bottom: use slider to select margin measured in pixels
  • Override Padding: check the box to use the following settings:
    • Top: use slider to select padding measured in pixels
    • Bottom: use slider to select padding measured in pixels
