How to Reset a User Password

Administrators have the ability to reset a User Account password for the purposes of registering a member on their behalf or resetting a user's password because they were unable to do so on their own. In order to reset a user's password:

  1. Enter the search criteria in the User search field provided
    • Search criteria is based on entering in the User name, Full Name, Email Address or Member Number
  2. Click Search
  3. Click on the pencil icon to the left of their username - this will take you to the user profile
  4. Click Reset Password

There are two methods to reset this user's password, both of which start with copying the Reset Password URL that appears at the bottom of the Reset Password Link instructions:

Method 1

  1. Open a private or incognito browser and paste the link into the browser
  1. Enter a new password and confirm that password for the user account.
  2. Click Save & Submit.

This will bring you to the Set Password screen where a new password can be entered for the User account.

Method 2

After copying the link from the instructions page, you can use your personal e-mail to send the link to the User. Once the member clicks on the link they will be brought to the Set Password page to enter in their new password
