Member statements are not appearing, red text shows "Your online statements are currently processing. Please revisit this page in a couple of hours to see your transaction history."

This is normal. When a member first accesses the Jonas website the system starts transferring the statement data to the website. This takes between 30 minutes and two hours.
  • If a member checks their statements before that process is complete that's when they will see this message.
  • If they wait for that time to elapse then this message will disappear and they will be able to view their statements.
