How do I grant or remove statement access to a spouse or dependent member?
Access the member roster
if your site does not include the roster for members to access, click on the '
View Member Statements/ Admin Statement Access
' button.
Search for the primary account holder's name and then click on their name
Click on the
pencil
icon
to edit their profile
Scroll down to the
Relatives
section
check
Allow statement access
to allow the family member to view statements
uncheck
Allow statement access
to remove their access to view statements
Scroll to top or bottom of page and click
Save
If your club has the Roster module for members to access, the primary member can grant or remove access to spouse or dependent members themselves.
Members can go to the
Roster module
Click on the
pencil
icon
beside their name to edit their profile
Scroll down to the
Relatives
section
check
Allow Statement access
to allow the family member to view statements
uncheck
Allow Statement access
to remove their access to view statements
Scroll to top or bottom of page and click
Save
