iOS Member Location Access setup

Choose “Allow Always”

	Recommend your members to choose “Allow While Using App”
	Choose “Change to Always Allow”
	Recommend your members to choose “Allow While Using App”
	Choose “Change to Always Allow”

After the user chooses “Always Allow,” iOS will trigger a prompt (see below) after a few days, showing the number of times your app has accessed their location. The timing of this prompt is irregular. Please advise your members to select “Always Allow” when they see this prompt.

Android Member Location Access setup

	Recommend your members to choose “Precise” and “While using the app”
	Choose “Go To Settings”
	Choose “Allow all the time”
	Choose “Change to Always Allow”

After granting the “Allow Always” permission, the member will see notifications in their phone’s notification tray indicating that the app is tracking their geolocation.
