Member Registration Process
The Clubhouse Online Premium App allows members to register directly through their club’s Premium mobile application without first logging in to the club’s website.
If the member already has an account in the website records (that is, a user record already exists in Clubhouse Online > Users), selecting Account Activation / Registration starts the account activation process. For more information, see the Member Account Activation Process.
If the member does not yet have an account and no user record exists in Clubhouse Online > Users, selecting Account Activation / Registration starts the registration process.
Member Registration Via the Mobile Application
Member registration follows a simple three‑step process:
- Access Registration
- Member Validation
- Account Creation
Step 1: Access Registration
- Download the club’s mobile application from:
- Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Open the slide‑out menu.
- Select Member Login.
- On the login screen, select Account Activation / Registration. The process proceeds to the Member Validation screen.
Step 2: Member Validation

Enter the required member information exactly as it appears in the club’s records:
Member number
First name
Last name
2. ​Select Validate to continue.
3. After successful validation, the member is taken to the Member Registration screen, where the account can be created.
Notes on Validation:
- If the information entered does not exactly match what is on file with the club, validation will not be successful. If issues persist, please contact the club for assistance.
Step 3: Member Registration / Account Creation
- Create a username.
- Create a password based on the club’s password rules.
- Review the email address auto‑populated from the back‑office system.
Notes on Email address handling:
- The email configured here will be used for password resets and all communications sent from the website or mobile application.
- If the email is incorrect, ask the club to update it and restart registration, or if none appears, enter the preferred email to be saved in Clubhouse Online and the club’s accounting system.
- Select Create User to complete registration.

After Successful Registration:
- The login screen will appear with the username pre-filled.
- The same credentials can be used to access:
- The Clubhouse Online Premium mobile application
- The club’s Clubhouse Online website
- A confirmation email is sent to the member, confirming that the account has been successfully created.
