How to Create a List of Galleries Page

List of Galleries is a page that hosts a number of image galleries. This page can be useful to host image galleries for various events. A List of Galleries page can contain any number of child Image Galleries, which will contain any number of child Files (images).
 

To Create a New List of Galleries

1. Go into Pages from the Dashboard
2. In the Content Tree decide where you would like to create the List of Galleries
3. Click on the Page
4. Click on the New (+) button located at the top of the Content Tree
5. Click on Page (menu item)

On the new page screen, complete the following:

1. Page name: enter the name for the List of Galleries
2. Click on Responsive Template with Image Gallery
3. Select Responsive List of Galleries
4. Click Save

The List of Galleries for Summer Events has now been added to the bottom of the content tree
 
Now follow the steps to create a New Image Gallery or Move an existing Image Gallery to become a child page under List of Galleries for Summer Events.

Move existing Gallery into List of Galleries

1. In the Content Tree select the Image Gallery that you wish to move into the List of Galleries
2. Click on the Move icon (paper icon with arrow pointing to the right) at the top of Content Tree
3. In the pop up click on the List of Galleries to move it to
4. Check off the box for Preserve page permissions
5. Click Move

The Mother’s Day Image Gallery is now found in the List of Galleries

Setting a Gallery Teaser Image

The List of Galleries has the option of displaying a teaser image for each image gallery. The Teaser Image acts as an album cover. This can be done using the Teaser Image option and will be specified within each Image Gallery. 

Adding a Teaser Image

In the Content Tree: 

1. Click on Image Gallery to add Teaser Image
2. Click on Form Tab
3. Click on Choose File
4. Select Image (to be used as album cover) from your computer
5. Click Open
6. Click Save

View Teaser image

The Teaser image will only be visible on the List of Galleries Level:

• Click on List of Galleries in Content Tree 
• Teaser Image for the Gallery will display along with the Image Gallery name
